Ingredients

Juice of 1 lime (1 oz)

2 tsp sugar

2 - 4 mint sprigs

Soda water

1) Combine lime, mint, sugar and a splash of soda water in a Collins glass.

3) Add the rum, add ice, shake it up

4) Top off with soda water

5) Enjoy. Repeat as desired.
