Ingredients

  • 2-3 oz light rum 
  • Juice of 1 lime (1 oz) 
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2-4 mint sprigs 
  • Soda water

    1) Combine lime, mint, sugar and a splash of soda water in a Collins glass.

    2) Get you muddle on

    3) Add the rum, add ice, shake it up

    4) Top off with soda water

    5) Enjoy. Repeat as desired.
